The last few days I've been gathering, sorting, rating, and purging photos. Camden has been "helping" me. I've really had to work on being okay with his help even though the thought of little fingerprints on my precious photos makes me cringe. After all, he is the reason I want to scrapbook. I want to record his story. I never realized how excited he is to sit and look through photos of himself. Some things he remembers, some things he doesn't. I love that he will say to me, "mom, what am I doing here? Was I a baby then? That is my Nanny? There is me with Pappy's sheep? We are at the beach, can we go to the beach tomorrow?"

In the next few weeks the less on in class is to get the completed scrapbook layouts in albums (in an organized manner) and I hope to store these albums where Camden can easily access them so that he can enjoy them. Does it matter if these prints get dirty little finger prints? No, what matters is that Camden appreciates that we are recording and displaying our favorite memories.
